TOTs Ages 4 and Under:

Forward roll-Forward roll-Forward Straddle roll-Forward Straddle roll-Jump Feet Together-Cartwheel-–sugar bowl -TA DA!

Beginners 5 years and Up:

1st Pass: Forward roll-Forward roll- Forward Straddle roll-Forward Straddle roll-Cartwheel- Lay down Push Up Back Bend (stress proper technique)

2md Pass: Hand Stand Step down-Cartwheel -Ta Da!

Level 1

1st pass: Handstand forward roll-Dive roll-Cartwheel-Round off-Backward roll-Backward Straddle roll- Jump feet together

2nd pass: Running Cartwheel –Round off-rebound-Backward roll-Push Up Backbend –Lay Flat -Candle Stick shoot to stand

Level 2

1st pass: Handstand backbend (count to 5) Lay Flat Candle stick shoot-handstand forward roll-Dive roll-One arm cartwheel- cartwheel-round off rebound back roll.

2nd pass: Running cartwheel-Round off-rebound-Backward Pike roll-

Level 3

1st pass: Front Limber- Dive roll step out-Cartwheel-Backwalkover-Backwalkover

2nd pass: Handstand forward roll-Dive roll-Cartwheel- Round off –splits

Level 4

1st pass: Running Front handspring rebound-Dive roll

2nd pass: Running Round off- back handspring- rebound- back extension roll

3rd pass: Front walkover-Cartwheel- Back walkover –Back walkover- Into Splits

Level 5

1st Pass: Running Ariel- Back walkover-Back walkover-Back Extension roll

2nd Pass: Round off back handspring- back handspring- rebound

3rd Pass: Running front walk over- Round off Backhandspring rebound

Scale of choice held for 3 seconds

Optional Levels

A: must have one salto (back or front)-10 skills in routine jump or scale
