2012 WINTER SCHEDULE FOR TNT GYMNASTIC TEAM MEMBERS
January 2nd- March 22nd 12 WEEKS WEEK OF MARCH 26TH-30TH WILL BE USED FOR WEATHER MAKE UPS IF NEEDED (this is a 13th week added incase of make ups for cancellations due ot weather) Weather Cancellations are announced on WRCO 100.9 or on the voice mail of 279-9913 Monthly Team Fees Must be paid within first 7 days of the month OR A LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED OF $5 One day a week $75 a month Two days a week $100 Three days a week $125 Four days a week $150 NO REFUNDS FOR DROPPED OR MISSED CLASSES DROP IN FEE OF $20 PER TIME IF NOT PAYING MONTHLY MUST BE PD BEFORE YOUR CHILD WORKS OUT Make ups must be made within two weeks of missing We are offering a discount to those who pay in full for the Winter Session. If paying in full by Dec. 20th for all 12 weeks of the 2012 Winter Team Session the discount is as follows: One day a week $200 (save $25) Two days a week $270 (save $30) Three days a week $350 (save $25) Four days a week $420 (save $30)
Team Work Out Days Offered this Winter: Mon and Weds 530-830pm Tues and Thurs 4-7pm Friday is not a work out day but an open gym so it will have a charge of $10 per gymnast paid at the time of open gym time. Open gyms 5-7 Fridays: Nov. 18th, Dec. 2nd and 9th more to TBA
Fees for Competition Team: USAG card $15 for prep opts PAID WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR FIRST MEET THIS CARD IS GOOD TILL AUG. 31ST 2012 *AAU Card $15 (this is only if you want to do the 2 AAU meet listed on the schedule) Team Leotard $85 must be ordered by Dec. 20th Team Warm Up $90 (pants and jacket- same one as we have had the black diamond one) most of you already have one so no need to get a new one, were keeping same ones Coaching Fee Deposit: $75 per gymnast PAID WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR FIRST MEET Depending upon how many gymnasts sign up for meet will depend what a parent is charged for coaching/team entry fee, we will send out a statement to parents after each meet. Deposit must be made before you are able to compete at a meet.
2012 Meet Schedule for PREP OPT AND levels 7-9: Things To Know: All gymnasts are responsible for bringing their own leotard, grips, music, and warm up Gymnasts only compete one day, schedules are known usually 3-4 weeks before meet date Parents should not coach or pull gymnast aside during a meet for any reason Meet Directors will add late fees if you sign up after deadline Your child can sign up for one meet or all it is up to you.
