All accounts will be required to have a credit card on file. Monthly Memberships will be charged on the 25th of each month for the following month's tuition. (For Example, September's tuition will be charged on August 25; October's tuition will be charged on September 25). The base monthly fee is based upon 4 weeks in a given month. You will only be charged for the classes within that month. For example, some months only have 3 weeks of classes & some months have 5 weeks of classes. If your class only meets 3 times a month you will be discounted 25% off the base rate for that class. If your class meets 5 times a month you will be charged an additional 25% of the base rate for that class. Tuition is still charged to the card on file on the 25th of the month for the next month's classes. All late fees are $10/family if not paid by the 1st of the month. If your card is declined for any reason you will be charged a $10 late fee. If the account is not paid by the first class of the month you will be dropped from your class. Payments that are returned due to insufficient funds will be charged $35. In the event this occurs, all further payments must be paid in cash or money order.
Session Membership-You agree to pay for the full session by the first class. If payment is not received by these dates you will be switched to a monthly membership and payment will be auto withdrawn from your credit card on file.
Dropping Classes-
You must e-mail tntgymwi@gmail.com to notify us if you plan on dropping classes on or before the 24th of the month of the month prior to you planning on dropping to stop payments for future months. No refunds will be issued if email is after the on/after the 25th of the month.
Richland Center, Mauston, Prairie du Chien & Waukon will run on a continuous school year session this year (Sept-May). If you enroll for September you will run continuously through May unless you email to withdraw. Summer Sessions are completely separate and due to schedule changes you will need to re-enroll for summer.
Sauk Prairie & Livingston will run on full-session memberships ONLY. These sessions are seasonally (Fall, Winter, Spring & Summer). If you fail to make payment by said date & do not email to withdraw you will be REQUIRED to pay a $25 per child fee for holding your spot. This is non-negotiable or you will be locked out of future enrollments until paid. Your card will be charged by the date listed on that session's info if you do not make payment prior. Contact us if you need to make other payment arrangements.
